The lady did a nice job with the shape. However…Unfortunately, when it comes to sanitation practices, this place is extremely unhygienic. None of the shared equipment is sanitized prior to use on subsequent clientele. Employee did not sanitize her hands prior to providing service, nor did she use gloves. Employee does not wipe down chairs in between clients. Employee does not sanitize equipment used on previous client for next client’s service such as eyebrow comb or brush, tweezers, or scissors. They did a nice job with the shape and good technique because it barely hurt, BUT … Super unhygienic. When I walked in, the one employee was finishing someone else’s eyebrows. She then rung her out — touching the screens and payment — and then didn’t sanitize her hands at all before starting on my eyebrows. So unsanitary! Beyond that, she sat me down in the same chair the previous girl had been in seconds prior. No wipe down and it was still warm.
