They did a nice job with the shape and good technique because it barely hurt, BUT … Super unhygienic. When I walked in, the one employee was finishing someone else’s eyebrows. She then rung her out — touching the screens and payment — and then didn’t sanitize her hands at all before starting on my eyebrows. So unsanitary! Beyond that, she sat me down in the same chair the previous girl had been in seconds prior. No wipe down and it was still warm.
