Shipper had a horrible attitude and acted like he hated life and his job. Had a load scheduled to pick at 10 am. Arrived on time, waited for 1 hr while shipper sat in his office ignoring us and when asked when they were going to start, his response was what was my problem when I politely explained I had a schedule too and couldn’t wait much longer.needless to say, he said I didn’t have the load then and we said he wouldn’t get our truck.
