Love City is an excellent pet hospital. They have been so helpful to all of my crazy critters. I really like all of the doctors, techs & staff there which is pretty unusual. It’s very clean & inviting. I really trust them with my fur babies. It’s not cheap but it’s better than some other vets I’ve been to in the city. I wouldn’t go anywhere else right now.
Love City staff really seem to care about our pets and work with us to be able to find the best treatments and options for us.
I take both of my cats to Love City Vet in South Philly & I love them. The staff - from the front desk to the doctors - are kind and friendly. They get you into the exam room quickly, minimizing pet interactions in the waiting area. I have a torty who is very anxious with new people. I took my other cat in first and while there for an appointment, I expressed my worries about bringing my torty in for her well visit. The staff were understanding, helpful, and supportive. We have had such a wonderful experience working with Love City Vet. Our kitty has had several health issues arise this year and Dr. Wheeler, Dr. Abby, and the staff have been so helpful and supportive while we navigate the process of getting our cat well again. Their thorough care has meant a lot and we are so glad we found them!
