I would NEVER use them again. I called the office when it first opened (8AM), and I booked a same day appointment for 11AM. I was charged a $114 fee to hold the appointment (which I had no problem with). However, the receptionist who took the call was very confused when trying to set up the appointment. I got there, and they told me I didn't have an appointment. I had a semi-urgent medical issue (a ruptured anal gland). The receptionist told me they were booked for the day and couldn't take me. I've had three of my dogs with Love City Vet for the last year and a half, and have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff is warm, caring, and extremely informative. I recently lost my senior girl, who was given all the extra time she could from the care she got with Dr. Palis. Today, while there, the team had an emergency that was handled with so much care, and seeing their team jump into action solidified the heart that this team brings in every day. Proud to recommend LCV to anyone!

Have had a great time with Love City. The people are so nice and considerate and really care about the pets you bring in. Have shown a lot of care and consideration for our Labradoodle that has a lot of anxiety. I go here now, and will continue into to into the future.
