I placed an order. For a gender reveal party. Picked up the order March 1st yesterday . Which was a cake , 40 cupcakes, and a few dozen cookies. Had a little miss communication. With the decoration on the cake and I forgot the cookies. I called and explained to them about the cake wasn’t what I expected (The icing colors) and they immediately sent somebody out, to drop off the cookies and pick up the cake, and also they delivered that cake back to me well before the party... the owner got back in contact with me to make sure... read more

I came to Love Bugs today (2/12 at 10am) and the kid working behind the counter was outstanding! His customer service skills were top notch and he was so kind and helpful! Between his witty banter with the other customers and him dashing out the door to help the FedEx guys carry in boxes, this kids went above and beyond. It was an absolute pleasure being there! And to top it off the coffee and bagel I got were stellar! A+ I’ll be back! You’re lucky to have that kid on your team!

I enjoy getting a build your own sandwich when I go here! So delicious! Today I got the medium easy egg, ham, American cheese on a delicious bagel! It's great place for mom meet ups as well! we love the kid area!
This is one of my favorite places for sweet treats. Their donuts, pastries, muffins and cupcakes are all handmade from scratch, something you won’t often find. They have unique, delicious recipes and ample portions. The people are a joy to work with and the selection is without equal.
HUGE donuts! Best on town.
