I used to work at this place, it was bad before they switched owners, but after they switched it got even worse. I ended up quitting due to new management. I was 8 months pregnant and had many complications so I could not do a lot of things that were forced on me. Management was just mean as hell.

My girls LOVE Love Bugs donuts. I never cared for them but do enjoy the bagels. Today we stopped in for National Donut Day.....we all got different ones and I have to say, my opinion has changed. The PB&J donut is phenomenal! Thanks for the yummy donuts!
Their peanut butter and jelly donut is my favorite donut of all time! I always get it when I visit, it has a jelly filling and lightly frosted with a peanut butter frosting. Who would have thought
The best donuts in town. Now my one gripe is a donut shop that does not have donuts. I have gone at 8 am and they are always out of my favorite donut. Would it be to much to ask to make more of the popular donuts? Considering your business hours are well into the afternoon, I know for a fact I could not get any donuts close to closing time. It is too bad that the donut availability is limited, when I drive these up to the Cape for work, it is all they can talk about all day!

We are under new ownership as of January 2nd. We value your opinion and are making changes. There will be tines that companies call in extremely large ordets unexpectedly effecting our inventory. I hope we have corrected this issue for you..another option is that you can call ahead and have your favorite donut set aside. I hope we can meet up sometime.
Horribly poor management. Violent employees that got arrested after attacking an employee. Be careful about walking thru their door!
Coconut Creme!!!...that's all I can say. Awsome...
These used to be the best donuts around. The ones I got last week for my husband were absolutely terrible. Overcooked, greasy, hard, and not even edible. The staff were not even concerned when I told them . No apology, no attempt to save a customer just not interested. Management was not even concerned enough to contact me.

The past two times I've been there it's been out of stock of anything the only things left were cookies just wen there now 1030 am and the viera is all out of pretty much everything I sure hope this issue gets resolved quickly I love the donuts and sandwiches but I'm getting a little discouraged

We donate over 100,000 donuts per year to several dozen local charities in Brevard. I agree with you that turning away customers is not good, we never want that. We have built a pretty complex modeling system to keep waste down, and not run out of donuts. It works most days, it just didn't today. And, I'm sorry for that.
