Ordered a giant donut for my son's 14th birthday. My husband just went to go pick it up and no one made it they tried to offer regular donuts or cupcakes instead but if we had wanted those things we would have ordered them. I am very disappointed in this shop and I would not recommend them to anyone. When you order something and pay for it 2 weeks in advance I don't feel like it's unreasonable to expect to get it or at least to have the shop make it to pick up later in the day.

Love Bugs catered donuts for my wedding reception a few months ago and they knocked it out of the park! We ordered four different flavors (glazed, vanilla frosted, Samoa, and caramel apple) to total 200 full sized donuts, which looking back was far more than necessary, but so worth it in price! If you're looking to have something other than cake at your reception, or even upcoming party, check this place out!

Epic fail...odered a toasted bagel w/ cream cheese to go. Got home to find it was burnt beyond being edible and they were so cheap with the cream cheese. What kind of people allow something like that to leave their store. Will not go back and tell all my friends and family to star clear. (Would luv to insert the pic I took but app doesn't let you)

After investigating we flund our problem to have been our conveyor belt on our toaster. The manager thought she caught the bagels that were burnt and also apologies that the employee gave you the bagel in that condition. This was just refurbished so the settings are not working correctly . Employee should have paid better attention, once again the Love Bug family apologies and look forward to talking to you soon.
Their donuts are AMAZing! A friend brought some into work and the staff LOVE them! I especially enjoyed the blueberry Donuts it's by far one of my favorites!
Went there for the 1st time today, what a great place! Donuts were fresh and delicious. They were out of bread at 1pm for an Italian sandwich, so my husband got a small roll, he says it was a little hard but still ate the whole thing. We'll be back earlier soon.
