DISHONEST!!!This shop is a rip off… it deserves negative star. I called in and asked if they have Carson sheen hair dye and price. Amanda quoted me $12.39 each and said they have 3. I asked them to hold them. I went there and they charge me $ 19.99 each and gave me 20% off . Works out to be $16 each. Since they quoted me $12.39! On the phone, I tapped my card .
