First time doing lash extensions Shanda is really patient and everything is smooth.
Got a Groupon and was so excited; I had seen some reviews of her not showing up, but I scheduled in advance and put it in my calendar as we were talking. I show up and no one is here. There is quite a bit of construction so I wait, and call in the meantime. No answer and her voicemail box is full. I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time and no one showed up or called me back/answered. Highly unprofessional.
