Let me start by saying the customer service was great. Everyone was really sweet and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and offered a beverage. The reason for my lack of 5 stars is because I felt there lacked inclusivity. I’m a very thick and curvy woman and I just felt like I was being shoved into dresses that didn’t fit me at all. Came here with my mom & aunt and had THE BEST experience - we were treated so well, offered champagne upon arrival and had an all around good time with the staff. The dresses were super unique and exactly what I had been looking for (and missing) from bridal stores! I ended up ordering my absolute dream dress and was really pleased with the process & communication from start to finish! Highly recommend to anyone looking for slightly alternative or boho wedding dresses!
I "said yes to the dress" over virtual appointment! It was a new way of wedding dress shopping, but still very exciting and fun. Whitney is amazing and helped me find the perfect dress!!
