Scheduled an appointment early this week to have both pedicure and manicure done. I have used this salon before and was satisfied with the service. Today was a different story. I had an appointment for 2PM. I was not told they were running late. About 2:15 she said it would be another 10 minutes. At 2:25 I finally left. I find that unacceptable. I shall not be going back.
