Lou's did an excellent job repairing my older VIZIO flat screen TV. I'm pretty patient fella, took approximately 2 weeks to repair, but that was what I expected. Required diagnostic and parts order. The price was acceptable, definitely cheaper than purchasing a new one. After 2 years the TV is doing just fine, hope to get another 2 years plus.

Horrible experience. He held my TV for months. I called in and checked on my TV 3 weeks in, and he told me that he's been backed up with TV's and he would get on it next week. I called him 2 weeks after and he told me that he ordered the part (motherboard) and switched it out. He said that he tested the tv for a day and it shut off a couple of hours after. He said the part he ordered was no good and he had to send it back (which was of course a stall for time). I gave him about 3 more weeks and just popped up on him. I asked... read more

Lou's TV is the place to take your TV in for repair. Great customer service and interaction. Lou's TV absolutely has the best prices and fastest service in Tallahassee.

I recommend not to take your tv to this store. This company is horrible. They never answer the phone, customer service is horrible and they will not return your message for nothing. This shop has had my TV close to 3 weeks now. I haven't had a phone call or a call back yet from the 3 voice mails i left. He ensured me that i would receive a call within 10 days on the problem and price. I don't even know what's going on i'm totally in the dark.
