Good store but not recommended for custom jobs. I've had 2 rings made there and both times had issues with customer service. The most recent ring was not to my liking as the casting must not have been poured correctly and the quality of the setting was not good. I also paid extra for palladium and it's not even stamped. They outright refused to address my concerns and my ring literally sat in their store for 6 months until I finally had to pick it up and keep it the way it is. Won't be going back due to this.
Other stores can't compare! Absolutely the best people to choose as a part of special occasions in your life. You'll surely have something extraordinary. They would not settle for less!

I had such a wonderful experience at Lou's! They created a custom wedding band for my very difficult to match engagement ring after I lost my original band. The staff was friendly and helpful and they do all design and repair in-house, which I loved as well. I'm happy to have found a new go-to jeweler!
This company is great!! They took us step by step through the designing process and hand engraved a BEAUTIFUL wedding band for us!! I cant say enough, I'd give them a 6 if it was possible!!
