What a transformation! Our new floors look amazing. We are so happy we use Lou’s Floor. The thing that we love about Lou’s is that if something is not right or needs to be fixed, They handle it. Josh was a pleasure to talk with. They were very personable & friendly. They installed carpet the following day after contacting them. The carpet looks fabulous! I’m so glad I used Lou’s to replace my kitchen floor! The job ran smoothly from start to finish. Josh was there for me answering all questions and offering smart suggestions. We decided to support my community after a carpet dealer in MB screwed up my kitchen flooring Very smart move on our part. Lou’s did our family room and it was so impressive. Great experience with Lou’s. Josh was very responsive. The job was finished quickly and very professionally. Manuel, the tile installer, paid attention to detail, which is very important to me. They left the job site very clean. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Update: 5/27/24 Tile is still perfect and we enjoy it every day! Update: 7/11/26 Still love this tile every time I go outside and it's still in perfect condition.
