So the food is good I enjoy the wings, fries and onion rings. As far as service I have a problem with ordering with qr code and paying and including a tip when I haven't even been served my food by anyone. What am I tipping for I'm placing the order myself they bring out the food and drinks and thats it. No checking in with you about your meal. I had a group of friends meet me at Lou’s for my birthday and the staff was the best! Very attentive, always willing to help us if we had questions, or needed anything. Can’t recommend it enough. (And the food was sooo good. Many friends remarked they’d be coming back because they had such a good time.)
How does a Browns backers bar not know how to get the Browns game on the outside TVs until halfway through the 1st quarter? How does a Browns backers bar not have the audio on inside for the entire game? How does a Browns backers bar change to GOLF on the outside tvs in the middle of the game, forcing everyone to cram inside with no open seats? Absolutely would stay away from this establishment! Claim their Browns backers bar and then turned the browns game off in the second quarter for a tennis match that was “reserved”. Why in the world during the weekend that Ohio fans are in Austin for the UT and Buckeyes game would they turn the game off. Bar was packed with all Browns fans wanting to watch the game and spend money. No heads up or anything. Came out to patio at 1pm and turned both TV’s off. Very poor customer service.
