First time calling,wanted a price on installing a carrier bearing on my Tacoma.They advertise that they are import specialist,but they imported me elsewhere saying that they couldn’t do it . Guess the work wasn’t easy enough for them.
I’ve had a couple of issues with my car this semester and they are always able to help me in a very timely manner. Staff is kind and friendly, and mechanics will explain the issues I’m running into well. Communication is very good. Really convenient location for college students and families around the area, since it’s right on centre.
Called and asked a question and the secretary told me they couldn’t help me because they have no clue what I’m talking about. Is she a mechanic or a secretary?
