I had a great experience working with Louis on a custom engagement ring design. It can be tough finding the right jeweller out there when a lot of them make cookie-cutter designs. However, here I felt like I could get a truly customized ring. Louis was very personable, knowledgeable, and easy to reach by text throughout the process. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the process and during our multiple in-person check-ins. The ring turned out beautifully and I'm super happy with the result!
