Very unprofessionally handled. Had an appointment a month in advance, three days before appointment proceeded to get persistent calls about how other people needed an appointment so mine needed to be moved. I made special coordination plans at work to insure I had certain hours off since I work as a nurse with a rotating schedule and need to know what I am doing a month an advance. Kathleen always does a great job with my cut and highlights!!! She uses the newest techniques and styles. I am very happy with how she can give me that "classy" look that is absolutely perfect!!
