Get ready to wait and wait. Everyone in this waiting room has been sitting here for more than an hour. You have to wait six months just to get an appointment than you have to sit and wait to just be seen. Had one woman reschedule and leave just because of the wait. It's absolutely ridiculous. They say you can't refill your meds unless you get your appointment but then you have this to look forward to. It's worse than the DMV.
Had 3 appointments with Dr. Rojas. First one, I waited over 3 hours and walked out still not seeing the Doctor. They called me and asked me to try them again. I did and had a reasonable wait to see the doctor. The third appointment was a 90 minute wait and only saw the doctor for 10 minutes, most of which she spent quietly looking over my records from the last visit. They even had the nerve to charge me for the first visit that I waited over 3 hours and didn't see the doctor...!!! I won't be going back to see her...!!!
