The lady in the front desk was very very rude
Dr Lourdes Floro denied me of her service because they weren't able to retrieve my referral through the computer. Their password wasn't working. They didn't call me back for any problem. My referral was sent 15 days prior . What's worst is that the Dr said she'll retrieve it herself. But I guess that didn't happen. I was sent home not seen and w/o a word from the doctor. So unprofessional and inefficient. I am in healthcare and same country as her. Your video ad contradicts what you practice
