Our family had a terrible experience here, with counselors who not only don't listen, but actually made things worse for our child. I would avoid at all costs.
Absolute hell hole. Terrible staff, terrible people, terrible service.
Refuses to send my bills to me, decides to send my bills to collections instead, no warning, no reaching out, what a joke.
Find somewhere else to go if possible. The woman that does your initial evaluation has no business doing that as a job. She talked about herself for 15mins and I barely got to speak. I spoke with another patient that also did not have a good experience with her. The staff upfront always have an attitude. I was not told that the individual I was seeing had become out of my network and I ended up paying $1000's. Now in 2025 they've sent a bill from 2023 for $30 to collections!
