I waited nine months for an appointment.... I have Tourette's syndrome, obsessive, compulsive disorder, and many other mental health symptoms that ruined my life.... What a joke My ex therapist is literally being investigated. Think they would tell me? Nope, I had to find out from the news. Instead of billing you they will just let it pile up and send it straight to collections a year later. Real classy. For a Catholic clinic you would expect the staff to show a little more compassion but nope, bad attitudes all around. My advice is go anywhere else, I promise it will be better. Honestly I am just happy to be out of here after my last appointment!
If I could give this place a zero star review I would. Absolutely horrendous service for my mental health. I was scheduled with a psychiatrist months in advance and a couple weeks before my appointment they canceled my appointment and rescheduled me for months more in advance. This was several years ago but resulted in me having to go to the hospital for a mental health emergency due to me being prescribed the wrong medication by one of their psychiatrists and never having a follow-up because they continuously canceled my ap... read more
