If you people would answer the phone, it would be most helpful. No one has time to sit on hold for 40+ minutes... and when visiting you all have time to hoke behind your glass enclosures. Very frustrating when you are trying to care for a sick person.
unreal, make an appointment for 5pm and sit in the waiting room for over a half hour, while others go in that got here after you. very poor practice

Went with a terrible sore throat, had to wait forever in the room and was told that it was only a cold. Didn't buy it, so I went to primary care doctor a week later and was told it was tonsillitis. Thanks so much for misdiagnosing me
Over an hour wait for an x-ray, the doctor told me without actually seeing an x-ray that he didn't think anything was wrong anyway. He told me to come back another day for an x-ray.

this place is sooo damn ridiculous with their waiting times!!! 3 hours & still sitting in the waiting room ...c'mon!!! every time I HAVE too come here we sit here for sooooo long!!! it's so annoying!!! this place really needs too figure shit out. btw y'all seem too get a lot of bad reviews too..should look into that also ���
Well we called this morning around 9 a.m. to wife's Doctor. Gretchen has been coughing all day and all night. She spits up stuff. On her last appointment, Dr said to call him. Well it's really worth. We've called the Doctor, and messsage was given to Doctor. It's now 7 hours later, and still no call. This is just the reason I changed my doctor shipper's road. This walk in on Robertson street is really bad bad bad.
