The Director of Operations name Brad Ingwell said no to all of my ideas even though I was told yes by Mike and Paige Farrall over a month ago. I have all the emails to prove it. He was rude, yelling at me and accused me of lying even though 3 people heard Mike say yes to all of my ideas!!! He didn't want Mike to be a part of this meeting even though we all were told us yes.
