Today’s experience with this tree crew was outstanding. They showed up on time , communicated the detail of the work to be completed, gave updates on the status of the work , very respectful to the neighbors property. Hands down the best tree company. I would recommend not using this tree service. They came highly recommended by my daughter who had used them before and was very happy. Unfortunately I have not had this happen. We had a tree fall on our garage 7 WEEKS ago and they still have not started anything! They said they were busy and we would have to wait 3 more weeks because they were busy which we understand. I recently used Louisville Tree Service and they were top notch. Five star service from start to finish. Professional, thorough, and some of the hardest working people I've ever met. And NO ONE beats them on pricing. Not even close. They came in and did a complete job and left my property in perfect shape. Super pleased with the customer service as well as the crew who removed 3 damaged trees for us today. Safe, clean, and skilled work!
A crew of 5 men arrived at 8:00am and by 8:39, they had a huge Blue spruce, and 2 very large Austrian pines cut down and ground up. At 10:30 they had my neighbors very large pear tree cut down and everything cleaned up. They worked like a very well oiled machine. Very very impressive!! When you call and they come out to give you a quote, they email it within few hours and you can e-sign and send back. This company is total efficiency at its finest!!
