LTS worked with us and the gas station next door to remove 5 large trees that were possible trouble trees. Due to incoming inclement weather they did two days work in one. They were efficient, courteous and thorough. But the thing I noticed most was how much they communicated and everyone’s emphasis on safety. We had a terrible experience with this company. They are overpriced and provide poor customer service.
Today’s experience with this tree crew was outstanding. They showed up on time , communicated the detail of the work to be completed, gave updates on the status of the work , very respectful to the neighbors property. Hands down the best tree company. I would recommend not using this tree service. They came highly recommended by my daughter who had used them before and was very happy. Unfortunately I have not had this happen. We had a tree fall on our garage 7 WEEKS ago and they still have not started anything! They said they were busy and we would have to wait 3 more weeks because they were busy which we understand. Louisville Tree Service recently completed a tree removal project on my property. They were efficient, friendly, professional, and affordable. I found them easy and enjoyable to work with. I have several additional large trees on my property and expect that I will need future tree work at some point. I plan to call them again when that time comes.
I recently used Louisville Tree Service and they were top notch. Five star service from start to finish. Professional, thorough, and some of the hardest working people I've ever met. And NO ONE beats them on pricing. Not even close. They came in and did a complete job and left my property in perfect shape.
