Great business with a professional and knowledgeable staff.
Rude, apathetic, unprofessional. This was my first (and only!) time at Louisville Tile. Walked into a maze looking for 1 single box of spacers. Found 2 guys at the counter in the next room only to be ignored. No greeting at all. One was texting on his phone, the other was chewing tobacco and spitting in a cup. I then wandered into the next room to find no one. I went back into the room of cold counter people and asked for assistance.
