Dr Kessel is amazing!
Absolutely ridiculous that Ive been on hold for over twenty minutes to get someone to answer the phone! This is not the first time this has happened. I think if someone ever actually comes to the phone, I'll be asking how to obtain my child's medical record so I can change to an office that has some professionalism.
