I spent a great deal of time an energy interviewing surgeons. Without a doubt it was very exhausting due to the simple, and not prejudicial, fact that the ego of surgeons is horrid. However, Dr Kuiper is the exception to the stereotype. Very down to earth, sweet, thoughtful and engaging. My surgery for a complete new shoulder was perfect. My experience has been that of truly WONDERFUL customer service. I highly recommend
