The New Albany office of Louisville Orthopedic is full of terrific people who know what excellent customer service is about! From the front desk to the lab, they are great. Doctor Lewis is my surgeon and I love him. He’s good at what he does and he’s compassionate. I would recommend him to anyone.
The visit was excellent and Dr. Kuiper's was able to tell me what was wrong. Very nice to talk with I felt better when I left. Glad I found Dr. Kuiper's for my doctor.
This was my first visit to Dr James Smith for a torn tendon. First, let me say that I was very impressed with everyone of the staff -- very friendly and profession. I have never met Dr Smith before but from the time he walked in the door, it was like we knew each for years. He did an excellent job of explaining my problem in terms that I knew what he was saying. Dr Sweet is very professional as well as top of the line in treatment of knee problems. I am scheduled for TKR this Fall and he has kept me pain free as possible while pending surgery. I highly recommend this clinic.
