They have the absolute nicest people working here! I used to dread calling the inhouse Help desk at my last company because they were always so stressed, overworked & cranky. It's the total opposite here! The employees are incredibly kind, patient & quick to solve a problem. Everyone there is very intelligent so you aren't getting triaged all over to different people. Whoever answers your call can help you right away. Keep up the great work!

Chase was so patient. Tried multiple things to get my authenticator app to work and just be able to sign in. Very friendly and professional.
No amount of money could get me back in their service. They don't answer emails. You have to beg for service. They charge $164 to change one number in your phone tree. That should probably come with the $100 a month voip charge. I've not had a good experience any time I've talked with them. It's near impossible to leave the service. Nightmare.
