When calling to make an appointment, I did not have my insurance info in front of me. 'She' said she would call me back if there was an issue. Never called me back so I had my exam and no insurance through them. Never had that problem in Louisville before. Since 'she' was too busy, I'll be too busy to return next year and my husband will continue to go to his current doctor. Principle. Lesson learned. Should have walked out. Dr Schwartz is the absolute best! I always have a really hard time getting a great contact fit. Dr. Schwartz makes sure you are completely satisfied with your final prescription. He's the best! The entire office experience is great!
Great level of professionalism and customer service. Do understand that he runs 30 minute appointments and remains courteous to patients before and after you. Also, he is a straight talker - so be prepared! Warmed up to me after our second visit - went out of his way to ensure that I had a great contact lens fit. I would strongly recommend this Doc!
I've been with Dr.Schwartz since he was at Wal-Mart and definitely freaked out when I went there and he was gone so the search was on to find him and thank goodness I did. He's a great doctor who really cares about his patients and I'm absolutely satisfied with his services. My son also enjoys going to him.
I took my son to Dr. Schwartz and he was wonderful. He took time to explain everything about his exam and no high pressure sales people.
