THEY asked for a review, so here it is: THEY called ME to make an appointment after receiving my referral. Called back and they said they didn't have a referral. My PCP resent it and they still said they didn't have it, then found it. Set up a procedure a month out at Lourdes, then Lourdes called the NIGHT BEFORE to say they were still waiting on insurance info from Dr. Forest and so they cancelled the procedure. They still scheduled me TWO follow up appointments (only needed one, IF I had had the procedure) for afterwards. ... read more

Great Physician
I had kidney stones and was rushed to the hospital. I was referred to Dr Forest by ER doctor. Dr Forest was very professional explaining my condition and treatment for my care. He took his time to answer all my questions and provided all necessary info and follow ups for my treatment. I was reassured the stents would take care of my problems. All went very well. He did a great job on my procedure; I recovered much quicker than my friends who had the same procedure via other doctors. The staff is excellent, A+. I will be returning.
