Bought snapper for dinner. It was delicious! Seasoned and seared in a pan - nothing better! Had a crawfish boil a couple of months ago - mmmm good! I love the shrimp etouffee. Scrumptious.
Never disappointed with anything I have gotten from here! The only downside is crawfish season is to short!!!
Tried Carl's beans-n-greens in the store: perfection! Can't wait to try the etouffe...man outside was in his 3rd bowl!
Great service, quality crawfish and worth every penny. My mud bugs turned out just about as perfect as I've every boiled. The were easy to peel. They didn't need a lot of purging because the were fairly clean. There weren't many dead crawfish in the sack (far less than I've received from other suppliers) and their size was just right for boiling. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy quality crawfish for a great boil.
