From the phone call to set up an appointment, to reception, to x-ray, to nurse staff all the way until the end at check out; the LOS staff was beyond superb. They really have a great flow and get you in and out as seamlessly as possible all the while leaving you feeling cared for and well informed. Dr. Williams was absolutely wonderful with my son and offered the reassurance when needed! I couldn’t have asked for a better first time experience. They consider appointments only applicable to the patients apparently. One hour in the patient room, nurses were very rude when we asked how much longer. Dr Perry however was very informative and nice.
