Excellent, excellent, excellent!! This is a TRUE New Orleans restaurant. Ms Evelyn is a gem and her food is simply FANTASTIC! LAWD! This place is home to me!! WHO DAT BAAAAABY!!
We arrived at 7:30 when the sign on the door said 7:00 closing. The server Eric waved us down and welcomed us and boy are we glad he did. We had the LSU wings (very flavorful and spicy), the Gumbo and the Crawfish Po-Boy. This place could have been in the heart of New Orleans because of the authenticity of the food. Great family business and a Gem to Olive Branch.
The food here could very well be good however I wouldn't know since the Facebook page and sign on the door said they closed at 7pm but apparently thats not true doors were locked at 6:15 there was customers inside but I never saw anyone that looked like an employee I called and it rang 20+ times with no answer please update page with correct hours of operation then maybe I'll think about driving from southaven again
A taste of the Bayou, had the Gumbo great to the last bite. Will definitely be coming back for the Etouffee.
Great food and service. A local business that should have the full support of the community. Also very clean.
Really enjoyed our dinner! Catfish and okra were great, jambalaya was excellent! Best bread pudding ever! Great atmosphere and service. Thanks! We will be back soon!
