This food was really good when the truck came to DuPont on Mendenhall today (currently still here). There was about a 30 to 50 minute wait on certain items, they were out of menu items upon arrival, ran out of seafood sauce, tartar and water bottles. Love that they take cash or credit and you can text or call in your order, maybe we overwhelmed them. Anyway, I hope they prepare a bit better for us on the next visit cause we're Hungry!! :)
We just finished our first visit to this restaurant. I had the etouffee and my wife the shrimp, cheese, and grits. We are recent residents in the South with only minimal experience with Cajun cooking, but we thought both dishes were delicious. The etouffee was very well seasoned and the bread pudding should be a must for dessert. Everything is cooked to order. My husband and I will be going back ... often ! He had etouffee and I had the shrimp & corn grits ...... DELICIOUS ...... The owner cooks every meal from scratch when it is ordered. Delicious food is not always the fastest food, but delicious food is always worth waiting for..... and the Bread Pudding: to die for

Great service very friendly. The shrimp and grits were awesome. Catfish dish excellent very spicy. I highly recommend everyone try.
