Not happy with this agent. They made too many mistakes, didnt know what was happening and bad planning at end of a 4 year lease. Unbelievable how unprofessional an agent can be.
These people are professional in "eating your bond money". Once you rent out any property from them, once you hand in bond money, they will never give it back to you for ridiculous reasons such as "discolouration". Worst and u professional agents in whole of brisbane. Would never recommend anyone to do rent from them, you will regret it. They rent you out a place and expect you not to live in it. Just pay the rent and they will make sure they eat your bond money in full.
This real estate company represented us and supported us as prospective renters looking for a place. They worked efficiently and the communication was great.
AVOID THEM - they are the worst real estate agent I have ever dealt with. They are literal bond eaters and you would not get a single cent from your bond money no matter how much you take care of the property. Worst !!!!
One star because you can't have zero, even though they are a ZERO! A highly unprofessional organization with staff I could only describe as bad people. They lie, manipulate and abuse their powers to the EXTREME. Highly unprofessional, illegal behaviours and just down right poor service. Avoid this organization at ALL costs whether an owner or tenant. They will abuse your rights and legal agreements.
