It is the best fitness bargain in Rochester! For new members who have not been a JCC member for over a year, I recommend joining the "Fit Plan" for 3 months for $150 including 3 Personal Training Sessions. Great way to start off the New Year!
Nice large parking lot, perfect for high holiday services! I am interested in their Yiddish classes!
All staff very helpful, equipment clean and always working, a lot of different classes available.
I went to inquire about joining Silver & Fit and the reception staff were very helpful, courteous and pleasure to talk too. They answered all my questions and explained the facility thoroughly. I am now a JCC member.
The JCC inspires me to be the best I work out harder. There is no waiting for machines the machines are of high caliber and maintained. Staff is great. Been going for 15 years and plan to keep going.
