I'm feeling bad about Valerie Trerise's termination. As my water aerobics instructor she gave the entire JCC a welcoming, experienced and professional face.
Valerie Trerise was one of the j's best ambassadors. Always smiling, always helpful and always took the time to advise, if she could. Letting her go in this shameful manner, (via email), is a poor reflection on the JCC as an employer. She was loved by all her clients and was entitled to a degree of dignity befitting her 20+ years.
