Great eye Dr. - Always takes his time to explain completely what is going on with your eyes and the options available. You get the attention you personally need when Dr. Hirsch is with you. So very sad Mercy is closing this office.

Wild. Wait 2 months for an appointment. (I live an hour 1/2) away. I have a flat on the interstate. I call that I’m going to be 30 min late. WE ALL KNOW WE WAIT HOURS ON END to be actually seen at this office, no exaggeration. The receptionist says no, you have to reschedule. MIDDLE OF OCTOBER. This was an urgent appointment according to the dr. So. Very. Urgent. Unreal.
One of the rudest and most dismissive doctors I've ever encountered! I waited 3 hours to get seen by the doctor for 5 minutes and he barely even let me speak without interrupting me. I understand they are busy but it doesn't give him a right to treat me like crap! I will not go back to this doctor.
