I've known Dr. Croteau as my trusted physician, and gracious friend, since 1980. Though he'll never affirm his saving my life while I lay hospitalized with double-pneumonia and severe asthma, he did indeed. His modesty is very nearly as strong as his infinite medical skills, making Lou the archetype of what a family doctor should be, and the benchmark to which he or she should aspire as a new physician. Dr. Louis Croteau is retiring at year's end. This community, and the thousands he treated, shall miss him. I will miss him.... read more
