I have called the Easthampton store 4 times now and left my information but not once have I gotten a call back.Very Very Poor Customer Service. Why leave a message if Easthampton store won't return call repeatedly. Bad Business.
Bad Company/Employee service quality. took way too long find out they couldn't get the needed prescribed equipment. I ended up ordering for a family member out of pocket online because Louis and clark was terribly painfully slow with their process... good luck

I purchased a McKesson Digital Blood Pressure Monitor for about $80. and discovered it was defective by taking it to a doctor's app't and comparing my BP on two monitors: my doctor's monitor and the McKesson. Louis & Clark said they would not give a refund but would exchange the defective product for a new one. But this too was defective and the clerk at Louis & Clark told me that the product would not be replaced a second time, nor could there be a refund. Be warned!
Website says they have compression wraps. Call to confirm, yes we do. Drive all the way down there. Well actually we have to order them...
