This was my first time here. Dealt with Frannie in purchasing a Tudor Black Bay 58. She was super nice, helpful, and pleasant. Also, not the slightest bit pushy. She also was super patient with me removing the right amount of links when sizing. If you're looking into the purchase of one of the watch brands they deal in, I would highly suggest stopping in to see her.
