Frannie sold me a Rolex DJ41 for my Father’s birthday. When I went in and asked if it was a possibility, she was completely honest and said she can order the configuration I wanted, but couldn’t make any promises on the timeline. First time visiting the store. Everything from the nice gentleman at the door greeting me to the welcoming staff was above and beyond any customer service I have ever received. I didn't have much time to admire all the beautiful items throughout the store but I did purchase a couple gifts.
