I have been coming to see Dr. Torres for well over 10 years. He’s an amazing doctor. The definition of a doctor in Latin is an educator / teacher. Dr. Torres truly delivers on that. Dr. Torres seems like a very kind and competent doctor. He's NOT the issue(s). The issue(s) are his support staff. Whether too few, or just incompetent...it should never be this difficult to get ones' prescriptions, records and general follow-up done in a timely manner. Stay clear unless you have the patience of JOB!

The office staff is the worst. It seems like any task is a hassle. Joni, manage your life and your attitude better, then you may consider taking a shot at managing an office. It’s beyond me how you would deem it acceptable to YELL “STOP STOP STOP” at a woman who is trying to care for her father and advocate for him, and then proceed to hang up on her.
