When the Dad was alive and running the business it was a good place to go, but not anymore i took my car in and it took them longer then they said it would take cause they broke my ankle and and to find another one to put on and they didn't even put it on right and it broke a week after i got it back and they charged me for repairs they didn't even do they didn't even fix anything thathat needed fixed they are messed up people that work there and don't care about people just want money don't go to this place they are fake

We had to bring our car in twice. I called back the next day after they finished the alignment and mentioned the steering wheel is not straight. They(scott) then tell me that their alignment machine was broken, but took my money without mentioning the car was Not Aligned properly. We bring our bmw back and once we pull into the parking lot, I see stuff hanging from my car. They Damaged my car, the underside of my BMW. Then the tech named jay claimed it came in that way.
