I was a bit hesitant at first since Louie is in Iowa and I am in California, but he was available at all times! What impressed me most was Louie's knowledge about the entire loan process (even in California!). Every step of the way, Louie answered all of my questions (of which there were many) and explained, in detail, the next steps. I would strongly recommend Louie to any friend or family member in need of a mortgage advisor.
