Super disappointed. I ordered my food at 6:40. It now just arrived. I was told on the phone it may take 55-60 minutes, no big deal. What I’m super bummed about is the fact my food is ice cold. My fries are soggy like they’ve been sitting around for to long. My garlic knots barely have any flavor and just taste like knots of dough with some sprinkled parmesan. I have been a supporting patron and fan of Louie g’s since they opened. I have been singing their praises and recommending them to all my friends. I feel terrible that my recommendation may lead someone to have the experience I had this evening. The food and service have always been excellent, until tonight. I completed the wing challenge about 2 months ago and they have yet to fulfill their end of the challenge. I have gone in and checked mulitple times on the status of my shirt and they said to keep checking in in another week. It's sad to say I doubt I will go back or recommend this place.

Sorry ya feel that way, we actually make our own shirts and sometimes supplies don't arrive in a timely fashion. We are expecting shirts to be done by Wednesday.
I like the restaurant. Food is normally great in house. We would consider ourselves semi regulars. DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT. THE FOOD WILL ARRIVE COLD AND NOT THE PORTION YOU WOULD R3CIEVE IN HOUSE. THE FOOD ALSO TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET TO US...
We go almost every Thursday for Burgers, table for 6 @ 6 Ashley is the best and the burgers are great.. Old school had made sometimes it takes a while but always worth the wait. 🍔👍
Today, my husband and I ordered from Louie G's and were very much looking forward to having pizza and wings. On the phone, we were told our food would be delivered in 30 minutes, however, it took over an hour for our food to get here. Once it got here, we had a very soggy, cold pizza and sauceless wings. We are very disappointed with our experience and wasted money. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because we have had good experiences here before.
