While my overall experience at the dealership wasn’t great, Michelle has been a true service manager, she is professional, caring, and genuinely sympathetic throughout a very frustrating situation. She consistently communicated, followed up, and did everything she could to help. Thank you, Michelle, for your dedication and support, you truly deserve this recognition.

My experience at Hyundai Lougheed was incredible. I went in to ask one day, and the next day I drove out with a new car. Ask for Isaias—seriously, the best.
