I've taken my car here a few times for service now after purchasing in 2024. They habitually overcharge when you bring your car in for service, even after agreeing upon the package and price. They attempt to defend it and then immediately fold when pressed. Their customer service is aggressive and unhelpful. Once my warranty is up, I am going elsewhere, and will not purchase from this dealership again.
Would love to know what database you're buying phone numbers from, as I have never signed up for any information or been to this location, yet I keep getting texts. Randy, and the rest of you - take me off your lists and stop texting me.
Our experience with the "Lougheed" B.C. 'Signature 'Hyundai' has been a very good one so far. "Mr. Isais Rojas", including Mr.Youngjin Won (Sales Manager) were both of them were very courtious and helpfull in every way. We wish them the very best for their continued great services. Great experience everytime I visit. The most recent one is the most special one. We met Isaias. He helped us get our dream car. He’s so nice and approachable, answered all our questions. Highly recommended. Anyone looking for a new car, I suggest you visit Hyundai Lougheed. Service is superb
About two years ago, my car’s engine failed, so I contacted Hyundai Canada. Because GDI engines are known to have many issues, Hyundai has provided recalls or extended warranties for certain models. However, I was told that my vehicle (a 2014 Veloster Turbo) was not on the list, so they could not offer any assistance. I then visited a nearby Hyundai dealership (1288 Lougheed Hwy, Coquitlam).
