Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment a couple weeks in advance and paid a $10 fee. They text me 4 days before my appointment to inform me that it's cancelled and asked me to call to reschedule. I've called twice and left a voicemail with no response. At this point I just want my money back.
I’m the stylist here and I want to share that I love my job. I love seeing my clients feel good and looking great. I love everyone who supported me all these years. There is a review on here that he wasn’t happy because he didn’t get a haircut by walking in that day.
