They got us in when everyone else was closed due to the huge snowstorm. The doctor seemed to be very knowledgeable, professional, and able to explain everything in layman's terms when necessary. She showed a genuine concern for Buddy's well being and understood our constraints with his aftercare, explaining what to expect and what to watch out for. I highly recommend them for those urgent times you just can't get in to see your regular vet, just be prepared to pay a bit of a premium for the service!!
Staff and owner are amazing. They were extremely knowledge and experienced with our situation. Everyone was great dealing with our dog and fixed him up quickly! Highly recommend this urgent care.
Well taking care of. They even mopped floors before we went in room with our Jack Russell. They even Checked on him the next day.
My partner and I recently had to visit Loudoun Urgent Vet (LUV) this past weekend and I am more than happy to say that the experience was a relief. When you have a cat, you're never sure what type of services you're going to receive - we actually came from about 45 minutes away because 1. They were open on Sundays and 2. Brought my cat here on a Saturday when my primary vet was closed. They were very thorough and compassionate. Would for sure come here again if necessary.
