The assistants and vet here show that they truly care. Placing the towel over my cat's carrier to limit overstimulation was a nice touch. The estimates and pricing are transparent and reasonable, compared with emergency vets. The payment plan options, like Scratchpay, are also much appreciated.
First emergency vet I’ve gone to where I felt like they cared and weren’t there to capitalize on the situation. They took care of our dog so well, made me feel better about the situation, and I will be going there for any future emergencies.
I had a great experience here last night when I brought my cat in for an urgent visit. The team triaged him very quickly, and the entire process was smooth and seamless from start to finish. Dr. Hodges, Craig, and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the visit.
