I have been on a waitlist to get my teenage son Neuro testing for 3 months. I've communicated with the staff 10 times via email since then, and was told the wait would be 2-6 months, but probably 4 months. Today, they informed me that they do not do Neuro testing on anyone under 16. They knew from the initial call that my son is 14, and even checked my insurance coverage. They wasted 3 months of our time when we could have been trying to find another provider. Completely unprofessional.
They saved my life. I was struggling with depression for so long and it got so terrible during the lockdown I could barely stand it. My therapist, Kristen, managed to turn me around completely. She encouraged me to both work on my mental health and build a medical team to support me. I am so thankful for everything that Loudoun Psychological Services has given back to me.

Probably the worst clinic in the state. Do not ever let this clinic share medical history with your psychiatrist. This business completely destroyed my records. If you want to be harassed by your therapist this is the place to go.
