I have called more than 3 times to set up an appointment and no one has picked up. I finally decided to just go to the location since nobody ever answered, just so they could tell me that the Dr. is retiring, and they’re not taking new patients. So don’t waste your time in going there if you don’t want to waste gas either.

I have been going to Dr. Hackenberg's practice since 2015. I have been to many Obgyn doctors before, but Dr. Hackenberg is absolutely the best. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and sincerely cares about her patients. I have been always treated amazingly in this office and she carefully listens to any concerns. What I truly value is the time Dr. Hackenberg is taking with her patients and I never feel rushed. After 15 years of seeing a OB/GYN I changed doctors primarily due to location. I really like Dr. Hackenberg but probably won't be a return patient. My appointment went well and my initial interactions with her office manager were helpful. However a few months later and several appointment requests the office manager never followed up. I would not have posted this review on yelp except that it seems that others have had a problem as well. I am a firm believer that the front desk can really make or break an experience.
